Marinate chicken in Salt, red chilli flakes, 1 tsp Black pepper, Ginger garlic paste, Cornflour, Plain Flour, and Egg
Fry chicken and drain
Heat 2T Oil in pan. Add Garlic and saute.
Add Soy sauce, Vinegar, Chilli garlic sauce, Tomato sauce, Sugar, Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Black pepper, Corn flour, and Salt to taste. Bring to boil to thicken.
Toss with chicken.
Garnish with sesame seeds, cashews, and spring onions, if desired
