Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine flour, graham crumbs, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add the egg, vanilla, and sourdough discard. Mix until smooth.
Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in ¾ cup of the chocolate chips and ½ cup of the mini marshmallows.
Press the dough evenly into the pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and marshmallows on top. Add optional graham pieces if desired.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
Cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
