Burnt Butter & Crispy Garlic Fried Rice
  1. Chop garlic and cook with oil in pan/wok.

  2. Add leftover rice, white pepper, and soy sauce.

  3. Fry an egg until crispy and set aside.

  4. Brown your butter in a pan, then add green onion & chili flakes.

  5. Plate your rice, add egg, then top with butter sauce.
