  1. Use a food processor or Kitchen Aid to shred your chicken. This is the KEY to getting the texture that Chicken Salad has!

  2. FINELY mince your celery - to where you can barely see pieces.

  3. In a medium bowl, add chicken, celery, eggs, relish mayonnaise and onion powder and stir until combined.

  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours in a covered dish.

  5. Serve with bread, crackers or on a salad.
