Gingerbread cake
  1. Cream butter

  2. Add sugar

  3. Whisk eggs and add to the creamed butter and sugar

  4. Add ginger and mix well

  5. Add flour a little at a time with the molasses

  6. Add soda to milk and then add to mixture

  7. Mixture should be smooth and creamy

  8. Pour mixture into a lined and oiled cake pan

  9. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
