Double Chocolate Banana Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a muffin tin

  2. In a blender, add bananas, eggs, peanut butter, honey/maple, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth

  3. Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips by hand

  4. Divide batter into muffin cups (fills to top)

  5. Bake 18–20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean

  6. Cool 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack
