Frozen Miso Stock For Instant Miso Soup
  1. Combine 200g miso with 40g enoki mushrooms, 1 aburaage, a handful of dried wakame, a handful of spring onions, and ½ tbsp dashi powder (optional)

  2. Mix all ingredients together

  3. Divide the miso stock into portions and freeze

  4. To serve, add one spoon of frozen miso stock to a bowl of hot water

  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
