Banana Bread Cookies (dairy-free And Gluten-free)
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl combine 3 overripe bananas (mashed), 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice.

  4. Add 1 cup almond flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp baking powder.

  5. Stir until combine.

  6. Fold in ¼ cup chocolate chips.

  7. Dollop batter onto parchment sheet and spread into cookie shape (I made 15 total)

  8. Top with extra chocolate.

  9. Bake for 17-19 minutes.

  10. Allow to cool completely.

  11. Top with flaky salt and enjoy!
