Instructions
Throw the dressing packets and canned soup in the crockpot and mix together.
Add in chicken and mix thoroughly.
Cook on low and cook 6-8 hours.
After about 4 hours of cooking I usually stir everything together again and shred the chicken- but if you're not home it's no big deal.
30 Minutes before eating add in cream cheese.
Stir 15 minutes later to make sure cream cheese is well mixed.
Serve over rice or noodles.
