  1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a medium-large salad bowl.

  2. Add the coleslaw mix and herbs and toss well. Serve immediately OR chill up to overnight for a softer slaw.

Note: original recipe called for 1 TBL sugar but I only did a scant tsp and it was plenty. Added some lime juice also. Just a small squeeze. Didn’t have celery salt so used normal salt and some garlic powder
