Healthier Snickers Apple Salad
  1. Thinly slice your apples and add to a bowl or jar

  2. Spoon or layer the Greek yogurt so it sits between the apples

  3. Add the peanuts and chocolate chips

  4. Melt butter or coconut oil in a saucepan on medium heat

  5. Add the allulose syrup and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly darker

  6. Reduce the heat and whisk in the peanut butter until thick

  7. Add vanilla and salt, stir for another minute

  8. Let it cool briefly then drizzle over the apples
