Lemon Balm Recipe
  1. Combine honey and warm water in a large pitcher until dissolved.

  2. Stir in lemon or lime juice and cold water.

  3. Add lemon balm leaves and gently crush.

  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour to infuse.

  5. Add sparkling water and stir gently.

  6. Strain into glasses over ice and garnish.
