Airfryer Pepperoni & Pesto Chicken Melt
  1. Prepare chicken breasts by slicing in half

  2. Put pesto, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese in the chicken and fold

  3. Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning

  4. Cook in airfryer at 200 for 17 minutes or oven at 220 for 22

  5. Based every 10 minutes

  6. Serve hot with sides of your choice and a spoon of the juices on top
