Preheat the oven to 350F.
Remove excess moisture from cottage cheese by straining it if you are using cottage cheese that is runny.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, place your cottage cheese into separate circles and flatten them with the back of your spoon.
Sprinkle each one with grated parmesan and everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake them in the oven at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let the chips cool for 5 minutes.
Peel them off of the baking sheet and eat them with your favorite dip or turn them into nachos.
