Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; place a cooling rack on top.
Thinly slice the Parmesan cheese and cut the bacon into quarters.
Assemble each cracker by placing a slice of Parmesan on top, followed by a piece of bacon, and topping with brown sugar and red pepper flakes.
Arrange assembled crackers on the cooling rack and bake for 35-45 minutes until crispy, rotating halfway through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
