High Protein Korean Popcorn Chicken With Sticky Rice
  1. Dice chicken breast into cubes

  2. Add black pepper, soy sauce, and egg to the chicken and mix well with your hands until fully coated

  3. Add corn flour to a large container with the diced chicken breast

  4. Seal the lid and shake well until the chicken is fully coated

  5. Place chicken on a rack and spray with cooking spray

  6. Bake or air fry until crispy

  7. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, water, ketchup, gochujang, rice vinegar, honey, and brown Stevia

  8. Stir the glaze until it thickens

  9. Add the crispy popcorn chicken to the glaze and toss together to fully coat

  10. Divide into four equal servings and serve with sticky rice
