In a bowl, combine the beef mince with the grated garlic, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, chopped parsley, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Once marinated, spread the beef mixture evenly on a tray lined with parchment paper or greaseproof paper. Use a cutter to create sections in the beef and cross-stitch it.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the kebabs for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are nicely browned.
