Sandwich Bread
  1. Combine milk, water, yeast and sugar. Let rest 10 minutes until bubbles and foam appear.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to the yeast mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.

  3. Knead for 10 minutes until you have a soft, smooth dough.

  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled.

  5. Flatten into a rectangle and roll to the size of your loaf pan (9x5).

  6. Shape your loaves, rolling and tucking seams along the way.

  7. Place into a greased loaf pan.

  8. Rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

  9. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 190° to 200°.

  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing.
