Peel, de-vein, and pat the shrimp dry. Salt them and put them in the fridge
Put more olive oil than you think you need in a sauce pan and heat it up
Put shrimp in and let cook for 2 minutes
Add garlic (measure with your heart)
Add tomato paste (half a tube, or as much or little as you like)
Add salt, squeeze lemon, and let cook for 3-5 minutes
Top with cilantro or parsley and serve with bread
