Harley’s 5 Minute Protein Pancakes
  1. Add egg whites, oats, banana, and baking powder to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  4. Pour onto a nonstick pan over medium heat.

  5. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  6. Top with berries, cinnamon, or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
