Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
Add eggs, vanilla, and molasses; beat until combined.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix in oats, raisins, and walnuts.
Chill dough 30–60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C); line baking sheets.
Scoop 2 Tbsp dough balls, place 2 inches apart.
Bake 12–14 mins. Cool 5 mins before moving to rack.
