In a large pot, combine water and broth
Add all veggies and bring to a boil on medium high heat
Once boiling, bring heat to medium low, cover partially and cook for 45 minutes
After 45 minutes, use a slotted spoon to remove veggies from broth and place in blender
Add 3 full ladles of broth and chicken bouillon to the blender with the veggies
Blend until smooth and add back to pot
Cook the pasta separately and pour the broth mixture over it
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and serve
