Mix plain flour, baking powder, coconut flour, and salt and mix together.
Add low fat Greek yogurt, Italian seasoning, egg white, and garlic to the mixture and mix well.
Use a wet spoon to spread the mixture out on baking paper.
Bake at 230C for 10 min until slightly crisp.
Top with grated mozzarella and additional Italian seasoning.
Bake again until the cheese is golden brown on the edges.
Sprinkle with basil, cut it up, and enjoy.
