Mini Baked Brie Bites Recipe
  1. Preheat and set your oven to 350°F (175°C). As oven is heating, Arrange the pre-made phyllo shells on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  2. Cut the brie cheese into small cubes, about ½ inch in size. Place each cube of cheese inside of a phyllo shell. From there, add about ½ teaspoon of your favorite jelly / jam on top of the brie in each shell. For my recipe, I used a peach pepper jelly. Take care to not overfill each shell with jelly.

  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until you have melty brie cheese and the shells are golden brown. Garnish with fresh rosemary, serve, and enjoy!
