This recipe is based on heart and love, it is an outline to cook the meal
Sauté: Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 min).
Add Chili power and cumin cooking until fragrant
Combine: salt, pepper, water, bouillon, green chiles, tomatoes, and corn.
Simmer: Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Add Chicken & Cheese: Stir in the shredded chicken, Velveeta, and heavy cream (if using). (Additional cheese can be added)
Finish: Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the chili is creamy. Serve hot.
