Quinoa Beetroot Wraps
  1. Soak quinoa overnight or for at least 6h. Rinse.

  2. Blend quinoa with beetroot, water, salt on a high speed blender.

  3. Add some flour, mix well.

  4. Warm up a non stick pan with some oil or vegan butter and cook each wrap 2-3min on each side.
