Cream together two sticks of butter and three quarters of a cup each of white sugar and brown sugar.
Crack in two eggs.
Mix in a teaspoon of kosher salt and two teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Add one teaspoon of baking powder and two and a quarter cups of all purpose flour.
Gently fold everything together by hand until no dry ingredients are left.
Fold in about a half a bag of chocolate chunks and about a half a bag of peanut butter chips.
Fold in 12 unwrapped caramel candies.
Put a light sprinkling of kosher salt on top.
Press this down into an even layer in a 10 inch pan.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 35 minutes, or until barely baked.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
