Szechuan Green Beans
  1. Rinse and trim green beans. Pat dry.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and stir-fry 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp and sauce is slightly thickened
