Fuet Tartaar
  1. Cut the fuet into pieces

  2. Put together with 2 tsp mustard in the blender. Pulse coarsely.

  3. Press the mixture into a round shape on a plate.

  4. Make a well and place 1 egg yolk in it.

  5. Garnish with finely chopped chives.

  6. Serve with baguette.
