In a pan, heat 4 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
Add 8 cups of cherry tomatoes and sear and break them down.
Add 2 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp black pepper.
Once broken down, emulsify the mixture in a blender until a creamy liquid.
Grill 12 shishito peppers with olive oil and salt.
Grill 2 peaches cut in 8 pieces with olive oil and salt.
Cut 4 cups of cherry tomatoes in halves.
Toss the shishito peppers, peaches, and cherry tomatoes together with the juice of ½ lemon, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a blender, blend 2 cups of burrata, 5 basil leaves, 2 tbsp plain yogurt, 1.5 lemon, 3 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp salt until a liquid dressing.
Cut a big piece of the inside of a sourdough loaf, cover it with olive oil, and bake it in the oven at 350°F for about 30 minutes, monitoring until golden brown.
