Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, almond flour, and 2 tablespoons of sweetener. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup of sweetener, eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheesecake is set. Let it cool completely.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cooled cheesecake.
Refrigerate the cheesecake bars for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
