3 Ingredient No Bake Breakfast Brownies
  1. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. Pit your dates and then soak them in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain them and then put them directly into a food processor (DO NOT DRY THEM). Pulse for a few minutes until they break down completely. Add in the nut butter and cacao powder and pulse until incorporated.

  3. Transfer the crumbly dough to the pan and push it down and out with a small rubber spatula or your fingers, until flat and uniform. Transfer the pan to your fridge to set for 30 minutes.

  4. If doing the melted chocolate topping, wait until you're ready to drizzle to melt the choclate because it will dry. Slice the bars and enjoy!
