Easy Stir Fry
  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite size pieces

  2. Grate one garlic clove on a microplane

  3. Add a little bit of ginger

  4. Add some black pepper

  5. Add a little bit of tamari soy sauce

  6. Add a light splash of vinegar

  7. Wrap chicken in plastic and stick it in the fridge

  8. Cut shallot straight through the middle, then turn and cut straight through the middle again, continuing until it gives nice little petals

  9. Split broccoli stalk, pick it up with hands, then use hands to pull florets off

  10. Pinch the top of snap peas and pull the string right out

  11. Add 4 minced garlic cloves to a bowl

  12. Add a few tablespoons of soy sauce to the bowl

  13. Add some more vinegar to the bowl

  14. Add a little drizzle of honey to the bowl (optional)

  15. Add a little bit of sesame oil to the bowl

  16. Dust chicken with a little bit of cornstarch

  17. Dust chicken with a touch of baking soda

  18. Add a little bit of oil to a hot wok or saute pan

  19. Add coated chicken to the wok or saute pan

  20. Spread chicken around as best you can

  21. Cook chicken for a couple minutes until it has some color

  22. Stir chicken and cook until fully cooked, maybe 5-6 minutes

  23. Remove chicken from the wok/pan into a separate container

  24. Add shallots and green onion to the wok/pan

  25. Cook shallots and green onion for a couple minutes

  26. Break up shallot layers until they start to blister

  27. Move shallots and green onion to the side

  28. Add other vegetables to the wok/pan

  29. Cook vegetables until they get a little bit of color

  30. Add chicken back to the wok/pan

  31. Add the sauce to the wok/pan

  32. Stir everything together until chicken is glazed in sauce
