Chocolate Muffin
  1. Mix hot milk and melted butter

  2. Add sugar and mix well

  3. When batter is slightly cooled, add egg and mix well

  4. Combine low protein flour + cocoa powder + baking powder

  5. Sieve the flour mixture to the batter and fold evenly

  6. Add chocolate chips

  7. Pipe in paper cup, fill up to approx 80%

  8. Bake at 180C for 20-25mins (timing depending on muffin cup size)
