Whip up the cottage cheese until smooth
Add all purpose flour and baking powder to the cottage cheese
Sprinkle in salt and mix together
Bring the mixture together with your hands to form a ball
Cut the dough into four parts
Handle the pieces as little as possible to get the desired shape
Poke a hole through the center of each piece and even it out to form bagel shapes
Apply eggwash to the top of each bagel
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top
Bake at 375°F for 25-28 minutes until golden brown
