Cottage Cheese Bagels
  1. Whip up the cottage cheese until smooth

  2. Add all purpose flour and baking powder to the cottage cheese

  3. Sprinkle in salt and mix together

  4. Bring the mixture together with your hands to form a ball

  5. Cut the dough into four parts

  6. Handle the pieces as little as possible to get the desired shape

  7. Poke a hole through the center of each piece and even it out to form bagel shapes

  8. Apply eggwash to the top of each bagel

  9. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top

  10. Bake at 375°F for 25-28 minutes until golden brown
