Mix all ingredients together until combined. This should take 2-3 minutes. Cover and rise at room temp for roughly 8 to 10 hours.
Preheat oven to 480 degrees
Flour workbench. Using scraper, dump entire risen dough onto flour. Use scraper or knife to cut into 3 even portions, attempting to not deflate dough unnecessarily while doing so.
Stretch each portion out onto an oven rack covered with parchment paper.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes until baguettes are golden brown. Remove from oven.
Makes 4 full-size baguettes.
