In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and onion powder.
Once the beef is cooked through, drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to combine.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle a little additional shredded cheese on top, then layer the frozen crispy crowns or tater tots over the top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden and crispy.
