Mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together
Rub spice mixture into both sides of ribs
Place ribs into a roasting or baking pan
Place a wet piece of parchment paper over surface
Cover tightly with pan cover and bake at 300°F for 2 hours
While ribs cook, prepare sauce by mixing honey, coconut aminos, vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl
After 2 hours, discard fat released from ribs
Pour sauce over ribs
Cook at 300°F tightly covered for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours until very soft
