No-fuss Sourdough Bread
  1. Combine all dry ingredients and water in a container

  2. Mix until the dough forms a shaggy mass

  3. Fold the dough every 15 minutes for an hour

  4. Leave the dough covered at room temperature for approximately 12 hours

  5. Divide, shape, proof, and bake the loaves

  6. Bake at 500°F for 20 minutes with lids, then at 450°F for another 20-25 minutes without lids
