  1. Add fresh lemon and sugar to a shaker and stir to dissolve.

  2. Add Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru and fill with cubed ice

  3. Shake well and then strain into your champagne flute

  4. Top with chilled Brut Champagne

  5. Stir slowly and garnish with a lemon peel twist
