Mash the berries
Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and stir to combine
Let sit for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds soak and the mixture thicken
Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
Let set in the freezer for about an hour or until firm
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the bites in the chocolate, place them on a plate lined with parchment paper
Store in the fridge
