For the balls add all of the ingredients together & mix well. Roll into balls & place on a parchment paper lined plate or dish & store in the freezer while you prep the topping.
For bars just line in a parchment paper loaf pan, chill while you make the topping, pour over and add a dash of pumpkin spice then chill in the fridge until firm!
For the topping melt the chocolate with coconut oil for 30 seconds in the microwave & stir until smooth— careful not to burn. You can also melt over low heat on the stove.
Dip the balls into the melted chocolate mixture — top with flaky salt if desired & chill in the fridge or freezer until firm— about 30 mins & enjoy!
