Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
In a small bowl mix together flour, milk and garlic powder until there are no clumps.
Pour the batter over the cauliflower pieces and mix until it covers the cauliflower.
Add cauliflower pieces to parchment lined baking sheet, spreading out evenly. Bake at 400 F on TOP SHELF for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden browned.
In a large saucepan, add all sauce ingredients and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce is thickened slightly. Add in cauliflower pieces and give it a good mix until combined.
Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy!
