Cook the chicken breasts with the smoked paprika, onion granules, garlic granules, salt and pepper.
Sauté the shallot and garlic in a pan.
Add the single cream and hot chicken stock to the pan and simmer until thickened.
Stir in the grated parmesan.
Toss the potato chips in the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake the potato chips until crispy.
