(WIP) BREWERS DOUGH (Single Batch)
  1. Combine yeast salt sugar and warm water

  2. Add flour and spent grains, mix on setting 2

  3. If spent grains are fresh, hydration will be higher. Add additional flour, not exceeding 800g.

  4. Dough should be tacky but not stick to your fingers

  5. Gets covered in gray tray
