  1. Pour all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until it has the consistency of crumbs.

  2. Shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.

  3. Place the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  4. Melt the chocolate and dip each ball into it.

  5. Set the coated truffles on a cookie sheet and let them set for 15-30 minutes.
