Pat dry the pork loin half ribs using a paper towel and cut them into two sections so they fit into the air fryer basket.
Combine the salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, coriander and rosemary in a small bowl. Rub the ribs with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mix.
Preheat the air fryer to 190C for 4 minutes. Place the ribs meat-side down in the basket and cook for 15 minutes.
Flip the ribs and cook for a further 10 minutes at 190C.
While the ribs are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper. Heat over medium-low until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly.
Remove the ribs from the air fryer, brush generously with the BBQ sauce, and return to the basket. Cook for 5 minutes at 200C to set the glaze, flip cook 4mins
Allow ribs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
