Mongolian Meaty Noodles
  1. Cook linguine in salt water until al dente, about 2 minutes less than package directions as it will cook longer with the sauce

  2. Save the pasta water

  3. In a pan, cook the ground meat until no longer pink

  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger and mix

  5. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili flakes, and black pepper and mix

  6. Add broth and let it cook for a few minutes on medium heat

  7. Mix corn starch with water and add to the mixture, stirring until it thickens

  8. Add the cooked linguine and mix well

  9. Add pasta water if needed for desired sauciness

  10. Garnish with green onions and chili oil or chili crisp if desired
