Cranberry Orange Glazed Turkey Breast
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and season turkey breast with salt and pepper

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear turkey on all sides until golden

  3. In a saucepan, simmer cranberries, orange juice, zest, honey, garlic, rosemary, and thyme until thickened

  4. Place turkey in a baking dish, brush generously with cranberry glaze

  5. Roast for 60–70 minutes, basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F

  6. Rest for 10 minutes, slice, and drizzle with remaining glaze
