Heat olive oil in a pan and sear turkey on all sides until golden
In a saucepan, simmer cranberries, orange juice, zest, honey, garlic, rosemary, and thyme until thickened
Place turkey in a baking dish, brush generously with cranberry glaze
Roast for 60–70 minutes, basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F
Rest for 10 minutes, slice, and drizzle with remaining glaze
