Heat the butter and olive oil for medium heat.
Add the thinly sliced onions and cook for 30 minutes on low heat until it is caramelized.
Cook the pasta in organic water.
Saute the garlic with chili oil until fragrant.
Add the shrimps and cook the shrimps until it is 90% cook.
Add heavy cream followed by the onions and stir to combine.
Add the cooked pasta along with the Parmesan cheese and stir well to combine.
Add parsley and give it a mix.
Garnish with chives, grate more Parmesan cheese and add more chili oil.
